Storage Instructions

To keep your snacks fresh and flavourful for as long as possible, proper storage is essential. Once opened, we recommend consuming the product within 30 days. If you're not planning to finish within that time, store it in the fridge to maintain quality and freshness.

Avoid storing nuts in the pantry

Nuts contain high amounts of unsaturated fat, which can go rancid quickly when exposed to heat, light, and oxygen. Store your nuts and seeds in the fridge or freezer for best results — this keeps them fresher, more flavourful, and prevents them turning bitter.

Don't rely solely on best-before dates

Best-before dates are guidelines, not guarantees of freshness. Treat nuts like fresh produce — if they smell bitter, harsh, or have a paint-like aroma, they may have gone rancid. When stored properly, they're likely still good well beyond the best-before date. You can also extend freshness naturally by adding a bit of rosemary extract.
